Storenvy was charging our customers a "handling fee" (renamed storenvy fee" that we didn't agree with so we started refunding the amount and absorbing it as a cost of doing business. We we were doing it manually after each purchase until we could find a better solution and that got really repetitive.
It's crap and we were against it, if we can't accurately advertise our prices it's not fair for the customer to have the cost jump up .59 cent to $1.99 when y'all checked out. I contacted them several times to protest and ask that we be allowed to pay it, or pay a monthly fee, but they had to do what they felt they needed to as a company. But, so did we.
So, over 2 days, and 205 items later (the CSV file wouldn't import), we built the new store and relisted all the items, downloaded and re-uploaded all the pictures, and everything should be cool now. Check us out for hundreds of morale patches, cool paracord, and morale items. Many of our posts have the old .storenvy link and it will take forever to edit them all.
